Now under the direction of trombonist Larry O’Brien, this version of the Miller orchestra faithfully re-create some of Miller’s vintage World War II hits and also play other material in the Miller style. The 17-piece orchestra includes four trumpets, five trombones, five saxophones, and a piano-bass-drums rhythm section and two vocalists accurately duplicating the Miller band’s instrumentation and style.
