Mike Tremblay and Mark Ferguson are a duo of Ottawa-based jazz musicians and educators. Mike Trembaly is a master saxophonists and Mark Ferguson is an accomplished jazz pianist, trombonist, composer and arranger.

They each have 20 years of experience as jazz artists with great credentials. Mike’s performance and recording credits include Natalie Cole, Josh Groban, Alanis Morissette, John Pizzarelli, Lou Rawls, and Frankie Valli.

Mark has played with Tony Bennett, Gil Evans, Nelson Riddle, Dionne Warwick, Tom Jones, Engelbert Humperdink, Rosemary Clooney, Rob McConnell & the Boss Brass, and the Funk Brothers.

Recently Mark and Mike have been touring theatres throughout Canada and the United States as part of  Holly Larocque and the Mark Ferguson orchestra.

As a duo, Mike and Mark share a very strong musical bond and common melodic sensibility. They released a CD, Home, of duets in 2009 that included three original tunes and five jazz standards.
